How to list a property or make bids without your client's involvement:

RealEstateDump.com was built around the platform of a seller/ buyer driven process. Real estate being listed on RealEstateDump.com has to be tied a user login. It simply won't let agents list a property unless a seller has named you as their agent, and you tie that listing to a user.

However; it is sometimes difficult for agents to get their existing clients to try something new and create an account. Here are some tips an agent can do if their seller will not create an account of their own. Or you simply do not want to bother them with this process.

1. You can create an account for them.

Make sure when you create their account that you enter your user ID or username into the field when prompted, this will tie that account to yours. Then when you go to list a property, it will ask you which login you want to tie the listing too.

2. Create one dummy account.

A dummy account can be one account you tie all your listings too in which the seller doesn't want to create an account. A dummy account can allow you to list unlimited properties, and never have the need to have one of your clients create an account of their own. Some agents might prefer creating a dummy account over getting their seller to create one. Other agents might prefer having all of their clients create their own logins.

***Special offer*** If you would like the RealEstateDump.com staff create a dummy user account for you, just email F1@RealEstateDump.com and ask for a "Dummy user account". Someone from our staff will create one for you.
